the service of your preference, follow these easy steps prior to their arrival:

  • Before Norma's crew arrive remove clutter so we can effectively clean all surfaces this includes: Dishes, Kids Toys, and clothing. Although we are very careful on what we do recommend notifying us ahead of time if there is any item or area you don't want us to touch.
  • We love animals, so we would like to ensure they are safe and comfortable while we clean. We strongly suggest finding a good spot for your pet during the cleaning time.
  • Our payment options are simple, after you have selected your package option, you can simply leave cash or check payable to Norma's Professional House Cleaning or Norma Robledo and leave it in the kitchen counter.
  • If we will be required to change your bed, please provide the clean sheets, and place them in a visible area.
